Postpartum Doula Care

You don’t have to do it all alone. The strongest thing a mother can do is allow herself to be supported

BELLY BINDING | $175/session

Traditional postpartum belly-binding support offered as an optional postpartum service.

A traditional postpartum support practice that involves firmly wrapping a long strip of cloth, fabric, or a specialized support belt around the abdomen, hips, and pelvis to aid physical recovery after childbirth.

VIRTUAL POSTPARTUM SUPPORT | $400/month

Ongoing virtual support for families who may not need in-home care but still want access to professional postpartum guidance.

This can include scheduled check-ins and ongoing text-based support for newborn questions, routines, feeding organization, sleep questions, postpartum adjustment, and general education within my scope.

We should make it clear that virtual support is nonmedical and isn’t intended for emergencies or medical diagnosis.

THE FIRST 40 DAYS | Starting at $7,500

This is a highly personalized postpartum experience inspired by the idea that the early postpartum period should center rest, nourishment, recovery, bonding, and being cared for.

Depending on your family’s customized plan, it could incorporate postpartum doula visits, overnight or daytime support, postpartum nourishment, newborn education, household support within doula scope, recovery-focused support, virtual check-ins, newborn sleep education, and helping you establish your new rhythm.

This package leaves space to include culturally meaningful postpartum traditions and nourishment as well, including Jamaican-inspired postpartum care where appropriate to the family’s preferences.

Postpartum Day Support

— Starting at $65/hour

Daytime postpartum doula support with a 4-hour minimum.

This can include hands-on newborn care, feeding support, bottle and pump-part washing, baby laundry, light baby-related tidying, simple postpartum meal/snack preparation, allowing parents time to shower or rest, newborn education, emotional support, and general assistance as the family adjusts to life with their new baby.

This is support for the whole family, not babysitting or housekeeping.

4-hour visit starting at $260
6-hour visit starting at $390
8-hour visit starting at $520

Every family is different, and every postpartum journey deserves personalized care. Whether you’re looking for a few weeks of guidance or full-service support throughout the fourth trimester, these packages are thoughtfully designed to help you rest, recover, and confidently care for your baby. As a certified full spectrum Doula, I have crafted packages to suit every families needs.

An important note on postpartum care & sleep support: Postpartum doula care supports both the recovering parent and the newborn, rather than making it sound like overnight babysitting or strictly newborn care. Postpartum doula services are non-medical and do not replace a physician, midwife, pediatrician, lactation professional, therapist, or other healthcare provider. My sleep support services are not guaranteeing baby will sleep through the night. Sleep support instead focuses on healthy, responsive, and developmentally appropriate sleep foundations.

Payment plans are available, allowing you break your investment into scheduled payments according to the terms of their service agreement.

I also accept eligible employer-sponsored family-building and postpartum benefits for families whose benefits include doula or postpartum support. Coverage and reimbursement depend on the individual employer benefit program and the family’s specific plan. Feel free to contact me to discuss your benefits and the documentation needed for eligible services.
