Before I was a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula, I was simply a woman trying to find her way through motherhood while carrying the weight of doing it alone.

When I became a mother, I thought I had to be strong all the time. I thought exhaustion was just part of the job. I thought crying quietly while your baby sleeps, running on no rest, questioning yourself, and still showing up anyway was just what motherhood looked like.

And maybe for a lot of women… it is.

​But deep down, I remember wishing someone would care for me too.

Not just the baby.
Not just the milestones.
Not just the cute photos.

Me.

The mother behind the healing body.
The overwhelmed mind.
The sleepless nights.
The silent tears.
The love so deep it almost hurts.​

As a single mother, I learned firsthand how lonely postpartum can feel when the world expects you to naturally “figure it out.” I learned what it feels like to pour from an empty cup while still trying to be soft, loving, patient, and present for your child.

That experience changed me forever.

It became the reason I created Keyondrah Nurture Nest LLC.

This business was built from love, survival, softness, and the belief that mothers deserve to be nurtured too.

​I don’t just come into homes to care for babies. I come to protect peace. To create calm in vulnerable moments. To remind mothers that they are still human while learning how to care for a tiny human too.

​I want moms to enjoy motherhood — all of it.
The beautiful parts.
The ugly parts.
The healing parts.
The breaking and rebuilding parts.

Because motherhood is not about perfection.
It’s about being held while you become.
