NYC + Westchester + Hudson Valley Doula

Motherhood was never mean to be done alone…

You prepared the nursery.
Bought the tiny clothes.
Read about feeding.
Installed the car seat.
Packed the hospital bag.

But who prepared to take care of you?

Meet your village,

my name is Keyondrah

Imagine waking up after a full night of rest knowing your baby was lovingly cared for.

Imagine opening your refrigerator and having something nourishing waiting for you.

Imagine being able to shower without rushing.

Imagine having someone beside you saying, “Yes, that's normal,” when you're second-guessing everything.

Imagine someone noticing that you're struggling before you even have to ask.

That is postpartum care, designed to help you rest, recover, learn your baby and feel supported while you become the mother you were always meant to be.

Sleep & Newborn Guidance

I created the support I once wished existed for me

I am a single mom. Before I was a Newborn Care Specialist or Doula, I was simply a woman trying to find her way through motherhood while carrying the weight of doing it alone.

When I became a mother, I thought I had to be strong all the time. I thought exhaustion was just part of the job. I thought crying quietly while your baby sleeps, running on no rest, questioning yourself, and still showing up anyway was just what motherhood looked like.

And maybe for a lot of women… it is.

But it doesn’t have to be…

“Their strategic framework aligned our disparate processes and produced measurable gains within one quarter.”

You don't have to earn rest.

You don't have to prove you can do this alone.

You just have to let yourself be supported.
